One of his famous combinations is a lemon pepper spice perfect for chicken and fish. Mr. Sewell & His Spices! This humble spot is located on 61 Euphrates Avenue., Belize City in Central America and is bursting with yummy spices. Mr. Sewell was a Westchester resident once in Tarrytown, New York in 1978, he was the manager at a Company called The Computer Factory, the company imported computer parts and built computers for resale to large companies. He made certain that his children attended the best of schools in Westchester. Education was always a part of the Sewell home. When the company closed in 1993, he took his buyout package and invested it in his dream company in Belize, Sewell Spices.
The primitive spice trade developed through South Asia and Middle East earliest 2000 BCE with cinnamon and black pepper, and in East Asia with herbs and pepper. The ancient written records of spices come from ancient Egyptian, Chinese, and Indian cultures. One of the main reasons for starting the company was because he realized the high content of sodium in spices. His goal was to create a company that would manufacture spices without sodium and still maintain the taste.
Mr. Sewell advised, “curry is an important spice however, TUMERIC is the most effective nutritional supplement in existence. Tumeric is used traditionally as a Chinese medicine which helps your body when fighting foreign invaders.” Sewell spices ships to the entire central America and is the base ingredient for many other products in Central America and the Caribbean. #tumeric #sewell #spices
While in Belize City recently I purchased a package of Sewell Spices “Fish Season”. The package does not list the contents. I would be interested to know what spices are included, and any ideas about how to utilize the spice mix with fish.
Thank you for your assistance,
Randal
Good morning… you would have to contact the Sewell company and inquire.
