The digital age has changed the landscape of business, personal life, and social life. It’s no wonder that it has also had a great effect on etiquette. Our conversations and interactions were not interrupted while dining. These Young Learners are loaded with meaningful conversations and opinions that I genuinely respect.
We spoke about using our cellular phones while dining. It doesn’t trouble me at all. I shared that each adult may have their own standard. I enjoy social media so it does not bother me.
Our conversations included: the prom, DaBaby rapper, paying taxes, cuts of beef and how to order it, never leave your drink unattended while partying, regents exams, Living Environment, Tik-Tok, places we’ve traveled to and my activism.
Asking questions “about the menu” while ordering was a major point before we ordered.
They can sit at the table with me at anytime.
